Meet Mary Mogil
Certified Personal Trainer
& Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM
Welcome to Mary Mogil Fitness. I’m glad you’re here! And I get it – if staying in shape were easy, then everyone would do it. Because it’s not as easy as we would like, most of us need some inspiration and coaching to help us get going and stay on course.
That’s why I’m here: to make fitness easier and more fun for you.
It’s a life change that I’ve undertaken, too. Two years ago, after a successful career in banking, I decided it was time to reinvent myself. Through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I became a Certified Personal Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist. I now operate a private studio, which allows me to work one-on-one with clients.
I love being 50-something, and I am thoroughly enjoying this stage of my life. Today, as a wife, mother of two teenagers, and someone who just wants to be present and active, my health and well-being matter more than ever. If your days are anything like mine, they can be long, hectic and darned close to a juggling act. But it’s amazing how the body responds to the fitness it needs. The primary objective of the Corrective Exercise Specialist is to optimize movement quality. This will enhance performance, reduce injury, and allow ones body to move more efficiently as well as recover.
So here’s my thought: Do something today that your future self will thank you for.
Let’s talk. Our first session is on me, to ensure we are a good fit. If you need me to come to you, absolutely I’ll come to you. Your success matters to me. Thanks and the best of health to you!
